   My 22nd birthday and inner discoveries

And we’re in August already. Cool! :3 I celebrated my 22nd birthday on the 14th, one of the greatest times in the year (so far). Not a big party; only a lunch with my family, a home karaoke, a movie and a delicious cake. Ah yeah, and presents! ^^ Cash, for the most. My parents and siblings are helping me get married soon. How sweet they are. Bro Ratchet bought a set of first aid supplies for me and Naral to keep home (our new home on Bajor, I’ll tell you more about it sometimes soon), and protective equipment for our little Laira (car seat, covers for table angles, etc.). I thought that we’d need a “disaster preparedness” kit for Laira when we saw her move her first step at home and outside, but she’s being a good girl, not putting herself in trouble, so I guess we’ve got nothing to worry about. ^^ A normal child safe kit will do. So, other non-cash presents: a DVD of the first two movies of the Twilight Saga from the Lambo Twins, and a keychain from Asha and Scarlette. Not bad. Thank you sweethearts!

Other news? Ah yes. Naral and I discovered a new side to ourselves on our 3-days vacation. I found out to be a passionate lover if I want to, one that knows no shyness nor hesitation. And Naral is a lot more fragile and delicate than I thought her to be. Aren’t we two-sided much? I guess that’s everyone’s trait, not just ours. There are more hidden sides to every living being, and robots and Bajorans are not exempt of them. We know each other better now. ^^ That’s what counts.

   Vacation, birthdays and other news

Only two days left until Naral and I go on our 3-days vacation. I’m getting impatient, I tell you. Oh I’m going to miss my daughter, my parents, all of my siblings, but my girlfriend and I have been waiting for this vacation for something like… months? Perhaps even more.

Anyway, let’s skip to some news: my grandfather decided to buy gold coins to keep some of his property stored in a physical form; I cannot but agree with him on this decision (gold has been used for centuries to keep monetary properties safe and away from financial decline). Bro Sonny is going to help him.

On July 16th we celebrated my brother Atlas’ 21st birthday. That boy is getting smarter and more talented year after year. ^^ He’s a great guitarist and singer, he writes good essay papers and he’s a hardcore romantic with his girlfriend. Next birthday is Red Alert’s, on the 22nd. He’s so shy, but hopefully we’ll get to drag him to party this year. Hehe, I hope so!
